Victoire & Co regularly hears from agencies looking to be considered for upcoming client searches. While I’m always interested in learning about firms who may not already be on my radar, please note that, as a solo consultancy and with thousands of agencies looking to connect, I can’t personally speak with every agency.

What am I looking for?
Your creds: I’m looking for a clear picture of who you are, what services you offer, and who your current and ideal clients are. If you have specific sector expertise or a particular niche, highlight it. Beyond capabilities, I’m also paying attention to agency culture, approach, and POV. A few case studies that demonstrate the type of work you do best are helpful, too. But please keep it brief—no 50+ slide decks!

p.s. (since I often get asked): My current searches span services and sectors. What I’m looking for will vary depending on each client’s needs. I value agencies that are clear about THEIR strengths and who THEY’RE best suited to support.
